PE in school
Active Lives Education
St. Pauls First School work with Active Lives Education to enhance the school’s PE and School Sport delivery.
Active Lives work with school years 1-4, supporting the delivery of curriculum PE through training and mentoring our teachers. They also run the after school provision on Monday evenings which has included football coaching, rugby coaching, fencing and archery. In addition, they help make the most of lunchtimes and breaks by organising fun games for the children to play during their play time.
We like working with Active Lives to meet their aim to inspire people to live physically active, creative and healthy lives. This really fits with our role in supporting pupils to live physically active, healthy lives.
We are pleased with the quality of the provision they provide and the standards they have in place to ensure high quality delivery. You can see their minimum operating standards here.
You can find out more about what they do by clicking here.
